We will even dispose of items like paint, chemicals, and junk from your garage or basement that nobody has touched in years – and nobody wants to now, either! If you need help repairing drywall, painting, or fixing your home in preparation for a sale or closing, we can do that, too.

Consignment/Donations – Our Senior Move Coordinator will help you find a place for all the items that don’t move with you to your new home. We are connected with a variety of options from consignment stores to auction houses, as well as multiple donation locations.

Downsizing and Floor Planning – The Home Again Senior Move Coordinator working with you will obtain a floor plan of your new residence and help you plan for and decide which items you should bring with you. We will help you choose just the right amount of belongings to make your new home as comfortable as possible.

Packing – Our professionals have experience in handling your most precious possessions, including everything from fine china and crystal to your favorite chair. Every packer has had hands-on packing training prior to ever touching your belongings. Two of our trained professionals have been packing for 30+ years!!!

Moving – Our number one choice of movers, Tipler Transfer, has been servicing the Madison area and state of Wisconsin since 1931. Their experienced, first-class moving crew is an important part of our senior moving team, working directly with us to make every move as stress-free as it can possibly be.

Unpacking – Another exciting service we provide is UNPACKING and setting up! Once you have chosen everything you want to go with you to your new home, we can help you get your things unpacked and set up in their new spaces. No need to worry, we will also get rid of all of the boxes and garbage created during your move!!
